As an Expert Sales Professional focused on Long-Term Programs (LTPs) for Steam Turbines & Generators (STG) Services, your day will involve leading strategic service sales initiatives across Latin America. You will collaborate with customers, regional sales teams, technical experts, and commercial stakeholders to identify, develop, and close long-term service agreements that support customer asset performance and lifecycle objectives. This role combines business development, commercial strategy, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management to drive sustainable growth and strengthen Siemens Energy's presence in the regional service market.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the identification, development, and successful closure of Long-Term Program (LTP) opportunities for Steam Turbines & Generators (STG) Services throughout Latin America.
- Develop customer-focused sales strategies, value propositions, and growth plans aligned with regional business objectives and asset lifecycle requirements.
- Manage the complete sales process,



including opportunity qualification, proposal development, forecasting, CRM updates, and contract execution.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy risk management guidelines and financial targets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with utilities, industrial customers, sugar & ethanol customers, pulp & paper customers and Independent Power Producers (IPPs) across the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, legal, and regional sales organizations to deliver winning solutions and ensure successful contract handover.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- +8 years of experience in industrial sales, business development, commercial management, or contract negotiations within the power generation or energy sec
