The LTL Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy of the LTL business, driving revenue growth and profitability through new customer acquisition, strategic account development, market expansion, and commercial team leadership.
This position will have a strategic and high-impact role, working closely with the Operations, Carrier Management, Pricing, and Customer Success teams to ensure sustainable, competitive, and profitable growth of the LTL business.
We are looking for a commercial leader with deep knowledge of the LTL transportation industry, strong executive-level commercial skills, and a proven track record of building and growing businesses and high-performing commercial teams.
- Design and execute the LTL commercial strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Lead new customer acquisition and the development of strategic and Enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong commercial pipeline, ensuring the achievement of revenue and margin targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, industries,



and lanes with growth potential.
- Lead high-impact commercial negotiations, including RFPs, RFQs, contracts, and strategic agreements.
- Define and monitor commercial KPIs, making data-driven decisions.
- Ensure the execution of the necessary actions to achieve the commercial strategy, working closely with the Operations and Carrier Management teams.
- Design and implement the lead generation strategy aligned with the business line's ICP (Idóneo Customer Profile).
- Lead, develop, and grow the commercial team by establishing objectives, processes, and performance metrics.
- Identify cross-selling, upselling, and expansion opportunities within the customer portfolio.
- Analyze LTL market trends, competition, capacity, rates, and customer behavior.
