About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive to develop and grow the JC360 business in Mexico.
This is a consultative enterprise sales role.
You will independently identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, lead complex sales processes, and close enterprise customers.
Experience in workforce technology, analytics, employee monitoring, productivity,



or related solutions is an advantage - but it is not a prerequisite.
Our priority is finding a commercially strong sales professional who knows how to sell complex B2B technology solutions and engage confidently with C-level and senior business executives.

This role is designed for an experienced sales professional who knows how to generate results.
We do not prescribe a rigid sales process or measure success primarily by the number of calls made or hours spent online. You will have the freedom to decide:
Which industries and companies to target
Which decision-makers to approach
How to build and manage your pipeline
Which sales channels and strategies to use
How to combine outbound prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, partnerships, referrals, events, and other approaches
How to organize your time and prioritize activities that create the greatest commercial impact
