- - Manage contracts, benefits, and terminations.
- 3. Employee Relations & Support
- - Provide first-level HR support.
- - Track attendance, leaves, vacations.
- - Assist with engagement initiatives.
- 4. Training & Development
- - Coordinate training logistics.
- - Maintain training records.
- 5. Compliance & Reporting
- - Ensure adherence to labor laws.
- - Support audits.
- - Prepare HR reports.
