Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your Role* Design and deliver production-ready GenAI solutions from concept to deployment.* Build Document AI and OCR solutions to extract insights from unstructured documents.* Develop Agentic AI workflows with agents, orchestration, and automation capabilities.* Implement LLM and RAG architectures using embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.* Leverage Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (preferably GCP) to create scalable enterprise AI applications.Your Profile* 5+YOE building production-grade GenAI solutions,
from architecture and development to deployment and monitoring.* Strong OCR and Document AI expertise, including extracting, classifying, and processing data from unstructured documents.* Hands-on experience designing Agentic AI systems, such as AI agents, multi-agent workflows, orchestration, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop processes.* Deep knowledge of LLMs and RAG architectures, including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.* Strong Python and API development skills, with the ability to build scalable and maintainable AI applications.* Experience with cloud AI platforms, preferably GCP, or equivalent hands-on AI implementation experience in Azure or AWS.* Fluent English llevelWhat you'll love* Work on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.* Be part of a company that values sustainability, inclusion, and digital equity.* Contribute to building a bet
