We are looking for an experienced Sr. SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects for international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering SAP FICO solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, leading customer workshops, and supporting projects throughout the full implementation lifecycle. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, collaborate with cross-function teams, and engage directly with clients through on-site assignments.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects, with a focus on SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
- Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end SAP FICO solutions aligned with business processes and best practices.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO, including financial accounting, controlling and related business processes.
- Integrate SAP FICO processes with other SAP modules, including MM, SD, PP and WM/EWM.




- Lead and facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements, validate processes and define solution approaches.
- Prepare business blueprints, functional specifications, process documentation and other project deliverables.
- Support and coordinate testing activities, including test preparation, execution, defect resolution and validation.
- Support cutover, go‑live and post‑go‑live activities, including issue resolution and stabilization.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

To join our team, you need:
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting SAP FICO.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling and financial reporting.
