What You'll Do




- Review and analyze personal injury case files to determine readiness for the demand stage.
- Evaluate liability, medical records, damages, treatment history, and supporting evidence.
- Determine whether a case is ready for demand or requires additional development.
- Clearly document any deficiencies and provide actionable recommendations to prepare the case for demand.
- Draft comprehensive, persuasive, and strategically focused demand letters and demand packages.
- Develop case strategies that effectively present liability, damages, and settlement value.
- Partner with attorneys, case managers, and legal support staff to move cases efficiently through the demand process.
- Ensure all demand packages meet quality standards and are completed within established timelines.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and support continuous process improvements.
