Service Parts engineering interns provide support to various members of the Service Parts team. The team is responsible for providing replacement part solutions to customers with aging equipment. Primary areas of focus will be on electric motors, valves (check, control, ball, regulator, solenoid), pump/motor assemblies, fan assemblies, heat exchangers, and engine handling lift equipment.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to
- Define part/assembly design, drawing creation (source control, retrofit kit) and dimensional review with proper part numbering and taxonomy
- Collaboration with suppliers to define replacement part or assembly
- Interface and collaborate with hydromechanical system design engineers and compliance engineering
- Validate safe working load requirements as necessary
- Validate hazardous area certification requirements
- Define kits as required to bridge form/fit/function differences including installation instructions and creation of bills of mater
