We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and motivated Regional Marketing Specialist to execute hands-on regional marketing delivery across assigned recruitment regions. You will have a good understanding of the LATAM region, acting as the day-to-day executor and first responder for local marketing needs, accountable for delivering activity independently wherever possible and escalating when specialist templates, tools or strategic clarification are required.

This role operates in close partnership with the Regional Marketing Manager and takes strategic direction from Marketing Managers (UK / North America), alongside day-to-day localisation guidance from Regional Directors.

- Hands-on experience delivering marketing activity in regional or international markets.
