Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day support




operations providing level 3 support, monitoring, and proactively maintaining
companies’ systems and technologies, including VMware, Windows Servers, IIS,
including other applications.

Job Responsibilities
- All duties of Infrastructure Support Level 1
- Generate
system utilization reports utilizing monitoring tools such as, SolarWinds &
Vrops
- Creation of DHCP Scopes and Failover
Configurations
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Escalation for Level 1 & 2 Support &
Dispatch
- Enforce IT Infrastructure standards and best
practices to ensure a high degree of user satisfaction based on Management
& Senior
- Administrator/Engineer recommendations
- Logging: Monitor server aggregating logs from
critical servers and other critical systems
- Problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical
skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and
draw valid conclusion
