The Manager, Human Resources plans, prioritizes, and directs HR activities within an assigned department, business unit, or job family group. The role operationalizes HR strategy through day-to-day execution,

Achieve operational and functional HR targets with direct impact on departmental and job family outcomes
Establish and execute day-to-day objectives and short-term operational plans for HR service delivery
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the workforce
Talent & Performance Management
Support implementation of talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and development processes
