As an Electrical Designer at SSOE, you will have a foundation in electrical design, focusing on low to medium voltage environments. The idóneo candidate possesses experience with distribution panel loading, short circuit analysis, voltage drop calculations, conduit and conductor sizing, and cable tray fills. RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop detailed electrical design drawings and technical documentation for power distribution systems, including switchgear lineups, lighting layouts, grounding and lightning protection systems.
- Create and maintain Revit models for electrical systems, ensuring accurate representation of power distribution, lighting, grounding, and associated electrical components within the building information model.
- Utilize Revit to produce construction documents, electrical plans, panel schedules, and system diagrams that meet project requirements and client standards.
- Participate in BIM coordination efforts, including multi-discipline clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks, collaborating with Mechanical, Structural, Architectural, and other discipline teams to ensure design integrity.
