This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior .NET Engineer – Azure based in Mexico.

This is a temporary six-month opportunity for a senior engineer focused on resolving complex production issues across Azure-hosted .NET environments.
You will investigate incidents across application, infrastructure, identity, networking, integrations, and data layers to identify root causes and restore services.
The role combines deep technical troubleshooting with ownership of critical P1/P2 incidents and production escalations.
You will work with distributed telemetry, logs, metrics, and traces to diagnose issues and improve system reliability and performance.
Close collaboration with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams will be essential to driving incidents through resolution.
You will also contribute to resilience, monitoring, operational efficiency, and recurring incident prevention across distributed .NET systems.
Clear communication will be critical,



particularly when translating complex technical findings into business impact, resolution plans, and executive-ready documentation.

Accountabilities:
- Own and resolve complex P1/P2 production incidents affecting Azure-hosted .NET applications, APIs, services, and integrations.
- Perform deep technical troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, and platform layers, including Azure App Services, AKS, networking, identity, storage, and background services.
- Receive escalations from L1 and L2 support teams and drive investigations from initial diagnosis through technical resolution and closure.
- Coordinate incident response across Development, Infrastructure, Security, Support, and other operational stakeholders.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and high-impact outages using logs, metrics, traces, and distributed telemetry.
