Are you passionate about turning data into actionable business insights? Join our Consumer & Market Insights team as an Insights Coordinator Mexico. You’ll be responsible for transforming market, category, consumer and customer data into clear recommendations that accelerate business growth across multiple categories.

As a strategic thought partner, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Category, Strategic Revenue Management, Finance and Leadership Teams to identify growth opportunities, understand market dynamics, and support critical business decisions through impactful insights and storytelling.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Analyze NielsenIQ, ISCAM and internal business data to uncover trends, opportunities and risks across categories, brands, channels and competitors.
- Strategic Recommendations: Transform complex data into actionable recommendations that support portfolio strategy, pricing, distribution and innovation decisions.
- Business Storytelling: Develop compelling executive presentations,



visualizations and insight-based narratives that enable effective decision making.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Category and Leadership teams to answer key business questions and drive growth initiatives.
- Project Leadership: Lead insights projects from business challenge identification through recommendation development and follow-up, ensuring measurable business impact.

We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Experience in Consumer Insights, Category Management, Business Intelligence or Commercial Analytics within FMCG/CPG companies.
- Strong expertise in NielsenIQ and ISCAM data analysis; knowledge of confectionery, snacks and cereals categories is highly desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau or sim
