THE OPPORTUNITY
Platform Overview: MiNegocio+ is PMF’s general B2B platform for traditional trade customers, a segment that represents approximately 60% of PMF’s net revenue. The platform now has more than 650,000 registered customers,



with Mexico accounting for over 60% of the global user base (1.3M).Commercial ImpactDigital sales currently represent 72% of traditional trade sales through MiNegocio+, generating more than $50 million USD in weekly sales.Customer EngagementPromotions are a key driver of platform engagement, with more than 80% of active customers using promotional offers. Fully digital customers continue to grow, increasing net growth by 2.4%.

Role Evolution

Our eB2B Growth Manager is responsible for the increased ownership of digital B2B initiatives and related benefits. The role is accountable for the recent eB2B Promotion, including:
- Product strategy
- Promotional strategy
- Financial strategy
- Client segmentation strategy
- Algorithm development to support automation
- Collaboration with Global teams such as Advanced Analytics and AI Growth.
