As a Technical Success Manager, you will independently manage top-tier accounts, ensuring the successful adoption of our AI Development Platform. Your goal is to empower clients to build high-performance, agent-centric applications in a complex IT Ecosystem that significantly reduce cognitive load for end-users. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor who establishes deep client relationships and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation and deliver measurable technical and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of top-tier accounts, accelerating product usage through strategic AI adoption in complex, large-scale environments.
- Perform technical reviews for complex, large-scale systems, and ensure adherence to OutSystems development best practices.




- Design technical adoption plans to drive strategic business impact by guiding customers to implement agentic systems that maximize platform value.
- Guide customer development teams through the transition from standard applications to Agentic Workflows, leveraging OutSystems Mentor and Agent Workbench to drive significant business impact.
- Serve as a customer advocate internally, interfacing with Product Management and Global Support to resolve challenges.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to establish trust and supportive relationships; proven problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in understanding complex client requirements and driving business outcomes.
- Technical Skills: 5+ years in developing Web/Mobile projects using SDLC best practices; and proficiency in AI prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field; recognized industry certifications in AI or OutSystems c
