The Client Analyst is a client-facing role working with our Sequoia Team Members, as well as Finance and HR professionals at some of the most exciting and disruptive technology companies in the world. You will partner with our consulting teams to provide actionable data and strategic insights to shape the future of these companies’ benefit programs. You need to be a well-organized,



solutions-driven individual who thrives in keeping up with the demands of our largest and fastest growing clients.

- Put together financial analyses including underwriting, renewal review, employee contribution modeling, market analysis and benchmarking
- Prepare and speak to reporting packages and insights on demographic data and trends, including post-implementation changes
- Provide insight on network differentials and disruption
- Assist with the preparation of financial modeling and forecasting using actuarial tools
- Design reports such as: claims reporting, client benchmarking, benefit cost analysis, enrollment overviews, plan comparisons and merger and
