Overview of the Role
Our Integral Center of Excellence Deal Strategy team provides deal pricing support for our CRM product lines and risk review across geographies, verticals, and business segments. We help our businesses hit their short-term targets while protecting the company's long-term revenue streams and profitability.
We're looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our team in Mexico City. This person will handle quote and pricing approvals, spot risk in commercial terms, and help scale our Deal Desk function.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess deal pricing requests based on quantitative and qualitative criteria
- Handle daily quote approvals, non-standard deal requirements, and deal review cycles
- Review and validate pricing/discount terms against what Deal Desk authorized
- Spot risk or anomalies in complex commercial terms and escalate to the accountable teams
- Manage timely communication with sales reps and managers, adhering to compli
