The Business Analyst WMS partners with business and technology teams to support warehouse management processes and improve projects. You will analyze our requirements, evaluating process efficiencies, supporting WMS-related projects, and helping provide solutions that align with operational and our goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements related to warehouse management processes and system capabilities.
- Work with business and IT partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of WMS solutions.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to recommend improvements that support our goals.
- Participate in project activities, including requirements definition, testing, issue resolution, and implementation support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
- 5+ years of experience working with WMS Manhattan Scale in functional support, or process improvement capacity.
- Experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS.




- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics processes.
- Advanced english.
