Completions Engineer (Sand Control)

Location: Villahermosa, Mexico

Key Responsibilities

Execute Sand Control operations safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer requirements.

Support the planning, preparation, and execution of completion programs related to sand control systems.

Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

-
Participate in job risk assessments, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

-
Collaborate with technical and operational teams during service delivery and wellsite execution.

-
Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.

-
Lead and support Service Quality and HSE initiatives.

-
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout project execution.

-
Provide technical support during operational troubleshooting and post-job evaluations.

Requirements

Experience

-
5+ years of experience in Completions operations within the Oil & Gas industry.

-




Hands-on experience in Sand Control operations is required.

-
Experience with gravel pack, frac pack, screen completions, and sand control systems is highly preferred.

-
Candidates with experience in Cemented Liner Hangers will also be considered.

-
Experience working offshore and with major operators is preferred.

-
Experience in customer-facing field operations and service delivery environments.

Technical Skills

-
Strong understanding of Sand Control technologies and completion operations.

-
Knowledge of completion tools, downhole equipment, and well construction practices.

-
Ability to interpret technical programs, procedures, and operational documentation.

-
Experience supporting risk assessments and operational planning.

-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
