Responsibilities

The Opportunity
The People Planning Analyst plays a critical role in delivering data-driven talent insights that support global People Planning and Talent Management strategies.
This position is responsible for analyzing talent data,



developing reports and dashboards, supporting talent review processes, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive informed people decisions. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, comfortable working with ambiguity, and passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights.

- Support global People Planning and Talent Review processes across multiple sectors and regions.
- Analyze talent data and generate actionable insights to support business and talent decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and validate talent reports, dashboards, and analytics using various HR systems and reporting tools.
