Description
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Coordinator to support our media buying team in the day-to-day execution and operational maintenance of advertising campaigns. This is a foundational role — designed not only to keep our team running smoothly, but to give the right person a front-row seat to the ins and outs of one of the most exciting and fast-growing ecosystems in media: Creator advertising.
This role is crucial to ensuring our internal systems are up to date, our vendor relationships are well-supported, and our campaign processes are seamless from RFP to reconciliation. This position is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, communicates with clarity and professionalism, and takes ownership of their work with a solutions-first mindset. You're a team player who adapts quickly when processes shift, sweats the details, and brings a proactive, collaborative attitude to every assignment.

Track and submit media actualization data, including confirmed underdeliveries, via internal workflows — taking ownership of accuracy and timeliness at every step. Proactively flag issues or discrepancies and bring solutions, not just problems, to the team. RFP Coordination Assist with outbound and follow-up communication to network partners for RFP submissions. Collect, organize, and format incoming RFP materials for media team review, maintaining careful attention to detail throughout.
