As a Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of events and animation strategies across points of sale, covering the Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare categories.

The role focuses on driving sales performance while strengthening Dior’s brand positioning, ensuring that every initiative delivers an exceptional consumer experience aligned with the luxury and excellence standards of the Maison.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Visual Merchandising teams to implement key trade strategies, strengthen consumer engagement, and reinforce Dior’s presence across the market.

Job responsibilities

Strategic Launch & Commercial Planning
- Collaborate with Product Managers to implement the annual launch strategy.
- Develop promotional and activation plans for key dates within the commercial calendar.
- Translate brand and product priorities into impactful point-of-sale initiatives.

Events & In-Store Activations
- Conceptualize, propose, and execute in-store activations for strategic commercial periods,



including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Buen Fin, and Christmas.
- Ensure each activation delivers a unique and memorable luxury experience.
- Coordinate implementation with regional and retail teams, ensuring alignment with integral guidelines and Dior standards of excellence.

Trade Marketing Management
- Design, negotiate, and implement the annual Trade Marketing plan in alignment with commercial and brand objectives.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality execution across all sales channels.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sell-out performance.

Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Retail, Logistics, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
