Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer to provide technical and operational support for business-critical applications within a manufacturing environment in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.This is an onsite position requiring direct interaction with plant-floor operations, technical teams, and client stakeholders. Candidates must be based in Ciudad Juárez or able to work onsite at the location.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform onsite support activities, including troubleshooting, workshops, plant-floor project implementations, and client meetings.Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability.Manage incidents, service requests, and technical escalations.Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues.Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and third-party vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.Assist with change and release management activities to ensure smooth production deployments.Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with established SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.Required Technical SkillsMicrosoft SQL: 5+ yearsC# / VB.NET: 5+ yearsOracle PL/SQL: 2+ yearsBorland Delphi: 2+ yearsUnix/Linux: 2+ yearsJava: 2+ yearsRequired Profile5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a similar technical role.Experience supporting business-critical applications, preferably within manufacturing environments.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with incident management, change management, releases, and production environments.Ability to interact directly with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.Strong communication and documentation skills.Availability to work onsite in Ciudad Juárez
