Plant: Tepeji

Work Hours: Full-time with flexible working hours. On site.

Profile: Graduated in any Engineering field. Preferred background in process engineering with strong skills in digital analytics and continuous improvement methodologies.

Job Overview

As a Process Engineer you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in manufacturing. You'll identify and eliminate process losses, enhance quality, and leverage digital tools to optimize production. Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses to build capability and control.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead RE analysis, touch mapping, and weekly Hoshin cycles to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Operational Standards: Ensure proper HS&E; and Quality foundations; manage the line's RTT DMS and coach IWS progress.
- Data & Digital Tools: Utilize Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS (or similar
