The mission

Turn strategic customer relationships into measurable business impact and sustainable growth — operating at the intersection of strategy, consulting, customer success, commercial growth and AI.

This is not a traditional CSM role. No ticket queues. No adoption calls for the sake of adoption. You walk into an ambiguous business problem, structure it, use data to understand it, build the recommendation, prototype the AI solution, align senior stakeholders — and turn it into production and measurable results.





What you'll accomplish in your first 18 months
- +45% net revenue growth across your existing portfolio
- 6+ high-value AI agent use cases in production, each backed by a quantified business case
- An executive sponsor in every strategic account who can articulate Yalo's ROI in their own business metrics
- Measurable impact across revenue, conversion, efficiency, retention or customer experience

How you'll create that impact
- Diagnose — Understand the customer's business, economics, strategic priorities and customer journey.
- Structure — Turn complex, ambiguous problems into hypotheses, analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Build — Prototype, test and deploy AI agents and automations that solve real customer problems.
- Influence — Become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Commercialize — Identify whitespace, build business cases and partner with Sales
