Title: Analyst ITC Deduction Prevention

Join Kellanova’s Integral Business Services (GBS) organization as a Deduction Prevention Analyst within our Invoice to Cash team, where you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities to reduce customer deductions and improve financial outcomes across the business. In this role, you’ll transform data into actionable insights, helping teams proactively address root causes and strengthen customer experiences. Working across multiple business functions, you’ll support strategic decision-making that drives continuous improvement throughout the Order to Cash process.

As part of a collaborative and cross-functional team, you’ll partner with colleagues across Invoice to Cash, Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Reporting & Analytics. This role offers broad exposure to business operations, customer trends, and process optimization initiatives that have a measurable impact on organizational performance.

- Trend Analysis & Risk Identification: Analyze customer deductions, dispute activity, operational performance, and behavioral trends to identify prevention opportunities and emerging risks.
- Root Cause Investigation: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess deduction drivers and develop recommendations that address underlying process gaps.
- Data-Driven Improvement Strategies: Develop actionable insights, dashboards, scorecards, and business recommendations that support deduction reduction initiatives.
