Job Description

Position Title: Field Marketing Manager – Mexico

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Model: Remote (Mexico-Based) / Adaptable Home-Office

Target Locations: Mexico City (CDMX), Guadalajara (GDL), or Monterrey (MTY) preferred





Travel Requirement: Up to 40% (regional travel across key off-road hubs in Mexico)

Role Overview:

A strategic, high-ownership Field Marketing Manager based in Mexico to direct and execute the brand's localized market entry, D2C launch roadmap, and regional growth from the ground up. This individual bridges high-level strategic planning with lean, hands-on execution—driving audience growth across ARB Mexico's digital channels, leading performance ads, and maximizing qualified D2C website traffic. Key operational responsibilities include end-to-end content production and editing, OEM dealership enablement, specialized press fleet logistics, micro-influencer partnerships, and grassroots 4x4 community engagement.
