TTI, Inc., is in search of our next Global Resource Center Manager I for our office located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role is responsible for supervising the operational functions of the Global Resource Center in Mexico to ensure a timely and accurate response to multiple stakeholders, including, but not limited to branch sales and Corporate Product. While primary focus will be on stakeholders within the America’s, the organization will also serve as a backup to other integral TTI locations.

What our Global Resource Center Manager I do:

Effectively supervises team members by assigning and delegating accountabilities, and by providing ongoing instruction.

Responsible for hiring qualified staff, utilizing effective communication and motivational techniques, providing ongoing performance management and by providing effective training and development.

Ensures GRC MX team is informed and up to date on all current procedures.

Ensures the optimal operation of the GRC MX Support function by developing and implementing all processes and procedures.





Continually evaluates processes and procedures to improve function efficiency.

Establishes and implements annual department goals with a focus on continuous improvement.

What we look for:
- Must have a completed Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer service in shared services.
- 4 or more years working in electronics distribution with exposure to the operational function.
- 3 or more years managing personnel that reports directly.
- Bilingual – Written & Verbal Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the following Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with external customers.
- Knowledge of Mexico laws practices and procedures.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong listening skills.
