About the Role

As Facility Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the Barry Callebaut GBS Hub in Monterrey, ensuring a safe, efficient,



and professional workplace environment for more than 200 employees. The role is responsible for office operations, vendor and contract management, facilities maintenance, budget oversight, and administrative support to the Head of GBS Monterrey. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, landlords, HR, Procurement, and Leadership Teams to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Manage office suppliers, contractors, and service providers, including selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
- Oversee office infrastructure and facility services, including HVAC, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and workplace equipment.
