Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:
- Conduct high-volume video interviews across niche and volume roles, assess candidate suitability, and make final hiring decisions aligned to client standards.
- Use your interviewing and assessment skills to educate candidates on the role, capture accurate notes, and create a positive interview experience.
- Collaborate with client recruiters, hiring teams, and internal support teams to deliver a seamless recruitment journey from interview through to start date.
- Manage the offer process end to end, including candidate selection, offer extension, and candidate close, while ensuring compliance at every stage.
- Deliver against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and productivity targets, maintaining high standards of service and execution.
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure candidates
