Schedule: Dynamic schedule requiring availability between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM US Eastern Time / EST, aiming to wrap by 6:00 PM EST daily.

Job Overview

Our Client is a premier digital marketing and media agency backing top content creators and podcasters globally. Generating over 5 billion views annually across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, they specialize in repurposing long-form podcasts and media into viral, short-form video assets.

Obsessed with creator growth, audience engagement, and platform retention, they rely on highly skilled editorial and creative strategy leaders to oversee video production pipelines and maintain exceptional quality control across every client account.

The Role

Our Client is seeking a hands-on, analytical Short-Form Video Editor & Creative Producer who deeply understands content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook and who has sharp judgment about what actually makes people stop scrolling and engage.

You'll go through long-form source material (podcasts, YouTube videos, interviews) and identify the strongest moments that can be made into clips, graphics and other content. You'll send these timestamps to the creative team, review the editing team's work, and flag anything off-brand, weak, or unlikely to perform.
