About The Opportunity
The Finance Manager - Mexico will serve as the Finance lead for the Mexico legal entity, overseeing accounting operations, local financial reporting, financial analysis, and internal controls. This role supports a fast-paced,
multinational technology organization and partners closely with regional Finance and Accounting leadership, local Commercial leadership, Human Resources, and external accounting firms to ensure accurate reporting under US GAAP, compliance with corporate policies, and adherence to Mexican statutory requirements.
While statutory reporting and tax filings are prepared by external accounting partners, this role is responsible for the integrity of the financial information reported to Corporate Accounting and serves as the primary Finance leader supporting the Mexico business on the ground.
The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of three accounting team members while overseeing external accounting partners, providing day-to-day management, coaching, and continuous development. This individual will also play a key role in Finance transformation initiatives through the adoption of NetSuite
