Facilites and Project Management Manager

Objetive:

Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee industrial infrastructure, facility, construction, expansion, relocation, and capital investment projects across PKC North America operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with corporate standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations. Lead the development and implementation of strategic facility initiatives that support operational growth, manufacturing efficiency, business continuity, sustainability, and long-term operational excellence.

Project Planning & Management:
- Develop, lead, and execute industrial projects including plant expansions, greenfield and brownfield developments, facility relocations, building renovations, utility installations, and infrastructure improvements.
- Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Present project business cases, CAPEX requests, and financial justifications to executive leadership for approval.




- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to executive management.
- Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Management
- Manage annual CAPEX budgets and project portfolios.
- Ensure all projects meet approved financial targets, ROI expectations, and corporate investment guidelines.
- Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate project procurement activities and vendor selection processes.

Internal & External Coordination:
- Coordinate project execution across multiple manufacturing facilities
- Partner with Plant Managers, Operations, Engineering, Finance, EHS, Supply Chain, HR, and Maintenance teams to ensure project alignment.
- Obtain complete agreement on scope of work from all plant managers and operational director before submitting for Executive approval.
- Conduct monthly meetings to update on project status and completion commitment date.
