As a People Operations - International Mobility Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Internal Firm Services practice,



you will focus on enabling process optimization and leveraging data to drive insights and informed business decisions in the HR Information Systems, Data, and Analytics space.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes.
