What You'll Do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the Customer Support API Platform.
- Define and prioritize platform capabilities based on business value, customer needs, and technology strategy.

What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Management, Software Engineering, or related technology roles.
- Experience managing APIs, integration platforms, or developer-facing products.
- Strong understanding of API design, cloud platforms, microservices, and modern integration patterns.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into product roadmaps and delivered outcomes.
