As a Product Operations Intern at DiDi,



you will support the supply channel mid-platform team in driving high-quality execution of mobility and platform product initiatives across multiple markets; your work will enable faster feature rollouts, improved product reliability, and measurable improvements in user and driver satisfaction metrics. You will join a cross-functional operations team whose mission is to translate product strategy into scalable operational processes, ensuring platform stability and data-driven optimization across fleet, franchise and ride-hailing.

Role Responsibilities

1. Cross-Region Operations Communication & Support

- Maintain daily communication with regional operations teams across multiple markets; collect and organize frontline business feedback and requests
- Assist in syncing product feature updates and operational strategy changes to regional teams
- Follow up on regionally reported issues and coordinate internal resources
