A Medior QA Tester is someone who tests and analyzes complete visual campaigns from start to finish, always looking for the best possible quality and making sure it is high enough to be released to the public (or delivered to the client).

Is highly resourceful in the use of graphic design and testing tools, and has experience testing different types of assets such as images, videos, banners, and e-mails.

It is their responsibility to maintain QA authority and ownership in their projects, deliver QA status reports to other project members or producers, create basic testing strategies,

and communicate appropriately with other Monks on the team. It also knows how to work under pressure (deadlines), prioritize, and focus on the project's key elements.

Needs to have a strong sense of responsibility for the work they’re assigned to, and keep their lead/operations/devs closely involved. Is expected to be able to work relatively autonomously while continuing to receive feedback from the QA lead or Seniors, participate in discussions with clients, and organize teamwork with junior testers.
