TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager

Join a team that puts people at the center of everything.

At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it’s about connecting humans with humans. We’re a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company—fully remote.

You’ll join a woman-owned, small-batch natural skincare brand handmade in Florida — tallow, goat milk and castor-oil-based products sold direct-to-consumer through Shopify, plus one physical storefront. The brand already runs an active, growing TikTok Shop affiliate program alongside a strong organic presence on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

This is a role for someone who can take ownership of the channel — not simply coordinate creators. It’s an individual contributor position, and the expectation is real ownership of outcomes, not only task execution.

You won’t be starting from zero. Per-platform affiliate infrastructure and commission structures already exist, and there are 100+ affiliates in the program today. But the program has outgrown what’s currently being managed, and this hire is expected to build the systems, relationships and judgment needed to run it at scale.

What You'll Do
- Recruit and onboard TikTok affiliates and UGC creators — including filtering serious applicants from spam and low-quality inbound.
- Build and maintain creator relationships: proactively reach out to new creators who’d be a strong fit, while managing and growing the existing 100+ affiliate network.
- Manage product seeding and outreach.
- Develop affiliate campaigns, incentives and commission strategies — evolving and running the structures that already exist across platforms, not building them from scratch.
- Secure high-quality UGC that can also be used in paid advertising,
