Responsibilities
About the Role
This role is responsible for managing insurance claims, policies, customer requests, and compensation payments. The position requires detailed account analysis,



identification of process improvement opportunities, and close coordination with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Insurance Sales, Finance, Collections, CXO, and LAO SC to ensure timely resolution of cases, compliance with internal processes, and a positive experience for both customers and business partners.
In this role you will:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Manage insurance claims, ensuring compliance with established procedures and service standards.
- Update and maintain accurate insurance claim information within company systems.
- Monitor and manage insurance requests, claims, and policy inquiries.
- Monitor and report on compensation payments received by the different insurance companies.
- Monitor and reporting of unearned premiums payments received by the different insurance companies.
