We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager, North LATAM to lead marketing and trade marketing strategy across Mexico, Central America & Caribbean, and the Andrean region.



This role will be responsible for translating business priorities into actionable commercial plans, driving market share performance, supporting pricing and portfolio decisions and leading cross-functional execution that delivers measurable business impact.

This role is hybrid on-site 2 days a week at our Mexico City office.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develops and executes integrated marketing and trade marketing plans aligned with Mexico business priorities, brand strategy, customer needs, and commercial objectives.
- Takes direct ownership for translating strategy into action, ensuring timely execution, measurable business impact, and clear accountability from planning through implementation.
- Secures Share of Market (SOM) performance and operational KPIs against established objectives, identifying gaps early and implementing corrective actions with urgency.
