Position Summary

Field-based technical business development role responsible for generating PCB-level design wins with design houses, and contract manufacturers. The role engages early in the design cycle, matches customer requirements to TE solutions,



and converts opportunities into production revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new opportunities with design houses, and contract manufacturers.
- Drive design-ins from technical discovery and component selection through sampling, qualification, award, and production.
- Identify new platforms, redesigns, second-source, standardization, cost-reduction, and share-gain opportunities.
- Conduct design reviews, engineering workshops, product demonstrations, and sample evaluations.
- Build relationships with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and executive stakeholders.
- Position TE switches, passives, identification products, and related PCB technologies.
- Coordinate product management, engineering, FAE, operations, pricing, quality, distributors, and manufacturer representatives.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, quotations, competition, next actions, and conversion timing in CRM.
