As Legal Counsel, you will provide practical, business-focused legal support to WPP agencies, helping to manage contractual risk and ensure compliance across a broad range of commercial activities.



You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and external counsel, providing trusted legal guidance in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing:
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Review and advise on legal documents and commercial arrangements, ensuring alignment with WPP policies and risk frameworks.
- Support Requests for Proposal (RFPs), providing legal guidance and identifying contractual risks.
- Review contractual terms and policies relating to client engagements and commercial opportunities.
- Manage and maintain contract records and legal documentation through internal contract management systems.
