Objective of the position

Implement the general strategy for overall compensation & benefits from corporate and guarantee the application of the worldwide Standards in the Region LATAM; develop and implement country specific Comp&Ben; guidelines in line with corporate policies / guidelines; ensure accurate infrastructure projects.

Principal activities
- Act as internal and external contact person within his/her own and neighboring areas of expertise; lead internal work groups.
- Act as internal expert and advisor to senior management and HR of the region in all Comp&Ben; related topics.
- Recognize general need for continuing education in his/her own field within the Company; plan and conduct internal and external training on complex topics, both domestically and in other countries; define and further develop specific methodological knowledge.
- Support in determining and optimizing internal standards and processes within his/her own area of expertise.
- Observe/identify trends in his/her area of expertise in Order to develop concepts; suggest recommendations for action.




- Conduct mainly conceptual activities within his/her area of expertise.
- Prepare Position papers for management and senior management (e.g. calculations for the introduction of systems such as FES, variable compensation, etc.).
- Cooperate in developing communication material for information events, trainings and other communication in internal media.
- Cooperate in monitoring the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs as well as recommend improvement measures.
- Conduct specialist (sub-) projects.
- Support the development of compensation and benefits guidelines and Systems.
- Support HR in case of questions regarding compensation and benefits. Conduct analysis and research regarding compensation and benefits topics as well as identify potential improvement.
