As Tariff’s take hold, this dynamic and evolving role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that Arrow has a smooth and effective “Tarif handling process”. You will help to clarify what the Tariff(s) mean to Arrow, validate our understanding, determine and complete the Oracle/off system process and ensure prompt communications to the wider Arrow community, all whilst working to protect our financial exposure.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Reviewing monthly status of aging and expiring inventory




- Leading calls with sales, asset and operations to ensure timely disposition of inventory
- Initiating inventory movement (IRISO's).
- Troubleshooting any transfer/disposition issues.
- Working with Trade Ops and Logistics to ensure timely execution
- Providing support in other tariff related, non IMMEX, process

What We Are Looking For:
- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English
- Familiarity with tariffs, international regulations, and trade compliance
- Understanding of general markets and cross-border operations
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred
- Background in finance and regulatory compliance is preferred
- Ability to work independently with little o
