As a User Operations Intern,



you will support the Growth Ops team in driving user growth and engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience in analyzing user data, designing promotional strategies, and coordinating cross-functional projects that improve the user journey. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how tech companies scale products and optimize operations.

Role Responsibilities

- Support merchant growth campaigns across convenience, grocery, and pharmacy categories.
- Analyze performance metrics (orders, coupons, GMV, retention rates) and prepare weekly reports.
- Assist with the design, testing, and tracking of user incentives and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing, commercial, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Help monitor user feedback, identify pain points, and suggest improvements to the user experience.
