WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this role, you will take ownership of complex customer accounts and play an important part in strengthening cash flow, managing credit risk, and delivering a positive customer experience. You will partner across the organization, solve challenging account issues, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Credit & Collections function.
- Lead large, sophisticated, and high‑risk customer accounts, serving as a primary point of contact to resolve account issues, fulfill documentation requests, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Engage directly with customers to resolve past‑due invoices, ensuring collections are completed in accordance with contractual payment terms and proactively addressing delinquency through regular aging reviews and follow‑up, including customer portals.




- Review and disposition credit hold orders, partnering with internal collaborators to assess risk, support timely order release decisions, and protect company credit exposure.
- Provide mentorship and expertise to team members on complex accounts, sharing effective approaches and supporting resolution of advanced or non‑standard credit and collections issues.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other business teams to resolve customer delinquency issues and support effective account management.
- Prepare and analyze reporting related to current revenue, unbilled revenue, deferred revenue, discounts, and collections performance, and distribute standard and ad‑hoc reports to business partners and management.
