About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer / Head of Finance to support the establishment and operation of a new automotive sales company in Mexico City.
The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the financial management of the Mexican operation, including accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury, taxation, budgeting, business analysis and financial risk management.
This is an international assignment with close cooperation with the parent company in China, therefore professional Chinese communication skills and fluent Spanish are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for financial planning and management of the Mexican subsidiary and related overseas operations.

Establish and continuously improve local financial policies, processes and internal-control systems.

Ensure compliance with Group-level financial and governance requirements.

Manage accounting activities, financial statements, closing processes and financial reporting.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Manage company funds, bank accounts, cash flow and liquidity.

Monitor and manage foreign-exchange exposure and related financial risks.

Oversee local tax filing, tax compliance and cross-border tax matters.

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial performance analysis.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business and operational decision-making.
