POSITION SUMMARY
Our client, a leading furniture and home furnishings company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to provide overall leadership and operational responsibility for two manufacturing facilities in the Ciudad Benito Juarez, Nuevo León area. This position will have full responsibility for the performance of both sites, including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, safety, materials, continuous improvement, cost performance, and people development. The Plant Manager will establish consistent operating standards across the two facilities while ensuring each operation achieves its objectives for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

The idóneo candidate is a highly engaged, hands-on manufacturing leader who is comfortable spending significant time on the production floor, developing leaders, driving accountability, solving operational problems, and building a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide overall leadership and operational direction for two manufacturing facilities in the Monterrey area,



ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance expectations.
- Lead all major plant functions, including Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, Safety, and Continuous Improvement.
- Achieve operational targets for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction across both sites.
- Establish consistent operating standards, management systems, KPIs, and accountability throughout both facilities.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing flow, labor efficiency, equipment utilization, quality, and cost.
- Manage plant financial performance, including budgets, labor, overtime, scrap, operating expenses, productivity initiatives, and capital investments.
- Develop and strengthen the leadership organization through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
