As a Key Accounts Customer Care Associate I, you will provide foundational support to customers by assisting with order management, shipment tracking, and general customer inquiries. This role focuses on delivering timely, accurate service while developing knowledge of ADI products, systems, and processes. Working under close supervision, you will learn to navigate customer interactions, support order fulfillment activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

JOB DUTIES:
- Performs routine data entry and updates customer and order records accurately.
- Tracks basic order status and communicates shipping dates or lead times using approved information.
- Responds to incoming calls and emails using standard procedures and prepared resources.
- Assists with part substitutions and related order updates according to established guidelines.
- Maintains accurate documentation of customer interactions and request status.
- Escalates questions or issues outside of standard procedures to a supervisor or experienced team member.
- Follows team instructions and supports daily work priorities as assigned.
- Learns company products, systems, and support processes through on-the-job guidance.
